Community Back-to-School Expo to be held in F.G. Clark Activity Center on July 29
In an effort to continue community engagement and assistance, ÎçҹѰ»¨ is hosting a Back to School Expo on Saturday, July 29 in the F.G. Clark Activity Center on campus.
Sponsored by District 63 State Representative and ÎçҹѰ»¨ dean Barbara Carpenter, the expo will include free school supplies, food and fun activities for school-aged children and youth. Doors open at 10 a.m. and the event ends at 2 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. Partners include State Sen. Regina Ashford Barrow, Public Service Commissioner Davante Lewis, Coca-Cola, BREC, ExxonMobil, the Louisiana Department of Health, Baton Rouge Airport and others.
